This Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into this day of June, 2018, by and between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”) and Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #937, a Not-For-Profit Corporatioin under Section 501(c)(19) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. (“Lessee”). City and Lessee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
