THIS AGREEMENT, entered into as of by and between the Board of Regents of the Montana University System (“BOR”) on behalf of the University of Montana (“University) and the University of Montana Foundation (“Foundation”) is intended to meet the BOR’s requirements as set forth in its Policy 901.9: Campus-Affiliated Foundations.
