THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose principal address is 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 (the “County”), on behalf of its Youth and Family Services Division, and THE PINK PEARL FOUNDATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, located at 1746 East Silver Star Road, #338, Ocoee, Florida 34761 (the "Agency"). The parties may be individually referred to as “party” or collectively referred to as “parties.”
