Watercraft Usage and Waterfront Activities at Washington College (WAC) may include minor physical activity that could involve risks of bodily injuries, both known and unknown, including, without limitation, bruises, scrapes, abrasions, infections, broken bones, trauma, permanent disability and death and/or property damage. The undersigned, both individually and/or as a guardian of the Minor Participant, understand the nature of the activity and certify that the participant is qualified, in good health and proper physical condition to participate in such activity.
