This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (“HGMLS”), with offices at 1 Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605; the real estate brokerage firm identified as “Firm” on the signature page below (“Firm”); and the Salespersons affiliated with Firm that are identified on the signature page and in Exhibit A, if any (collectively the “Salesperson Party).
