THIS LUMP SUM AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 28th day of September, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF ELLENSBURG, a non-charter code city of the State of Washington (hereinafter called the “CITY”) and EN ENGINEERING, LLC, a Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in the state of Washington (hereinafter called the “CONSULTANT”).
