THIS AT&T FIBER LICENSING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between Licensee and its Affiliates (“Licensee”) and AT&T Services, Inc., as agent for and on behalf of its Affiliates, including AT&T incumbent local exchange carriers and other local exchange carrier Affiliates (“AT&T”). Licensee and AT&T are referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
