This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among plaintiff Ronald Brooks and Daniel Wagner (“Named Plaintiffs”) and all those on whose behalf they are prosecuting this action (each of them a “Plaintiff” and all of them “Plaintiffs”), on the one hand, and defendant Canvas Credit Union, formerly known as Public Service Credit Union (“Defendant”), on the other hand, as of the date executed below. All references in this Agreement to a “party” or the “parties” shall refer to a party or the parties to this Agreement.
