This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between, Sprint Spectrum, L.P., (“Sprint”) a Delaware limited partnership, as agent and General Partner for WirelessCo, Inc., a Delaware limited partnership and as an agent for SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, d/b/a Sprint PCS, with offices at 4900 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64112, and ALLTEL Communications Services Corporation (“ALLTEL”) a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of the affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
