This Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Regents of the University of Michigan, a Michigan Constitutional Corporation, on behalf of the University of Michigan-Flint College of Arts and Sciences (“UM-Flint”), located in Flint, Michigan, and Lansing Community College (“College”), located in Lansing, Michigan, to provide an easy transition for College students transferring to the University of Michigan-Flint.
