On the following date , the undersigned (agency/brokerage) Agent (name) _ agreed to refer clients to Multi-HAUS, LLC for the expressed purpose of assisting said clients in developing their vision for a property addition, an ADU, or some other property improvement into final construction phases culminating in completed structures. The efforts required of the agents in this agreement are limited to an initial introduction. In return for this assistance the agent shall be entitled to an agreed share of a referral fee proceeds received as prescribed in the Referral Agreement between (agency/brokerage) and Multi-HAUS, LLC. This agreed share shall be established between (agency/brokerage) and its agent. All referral fees earned by the agent shall be paid by Multi-HAUS, LLC directly to
