THIS HOST COMMUNITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this ____day of _________, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Hadleaf Holistic, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation with a principal office address of _____________________(the “Company”), and the Town of Hadley, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with a principal address of Town Hall, 100 Middle Street, Hadley, Massachusetts 01035 (the “Town”) (Company and Town, collectively the “Parties”), acting by and through its Select Board in reliance upon all of the representations made herein.
