This User Agreement, the Kashish IP Group’s (hereafter called KIPG) Marque Renewal Platform Access Agreement is hereby incorporated into the terms on which we (KIPG) offer you access to, and use of, our Platform. In any conflict or inconsistency between any terms and the terms of this User Agreement, this User Agreement shall apply. You agree to comply with all of the terms mentioned while accessing or using the Platform.
