By executing an Addendum that references this Agreement, by electronically accepting this Agreement via DigiCert’s online services, or by otherwise enrolling in the DigiCert Partner Program, Partner hereby accepts this Agreement. If you are an individual or individuals entering into this Agreement on behalf of Partner, you represent and warrant that you are authorized representatives of Partner with the authority to bind Partner to this Agreement.
