The parties to this Cardmember Agreement (the “Agreement”) are AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c) (“AEME”) and the Cardmember, whose name appears on the Card (the “Cardmember” or “CM”) and who has been approved by the Cardmember’s Company to hold a Company Card. Please read carefully this Agreement since the use of the Card is subject to its Terms and Conditions. This Agreement shall become effective and binding upon the accepted delivery or pick up of the Card, or the signature on the back of the Card or the first use of the Card or by digital acceptance. The Cardmember understands and agrees that any Digital Acceptance will be binding on the Cardmember as if such Agreement was executed, agreed and accepted in hard copy and signed in wet ink. This Agreement is supplemented by the Schedules of Fees and Charges applicable to the Cardmember’s Card Account. As stipulated at the time of applying for the Company Card, this Agreement binds the Cardmember to the liability for the Charges as set ou
