This INTERNAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (ICA) (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is executed between the Division of Global Environment Facility Coordination and Division of Technology, Industry and Economics (hereinafter referred to as the “Division”) and collectively referred to as “The Parties”.
