THIS JOINT USE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of , 2010, by and between the County of San Bernardino, a political subdivision of the State of California (the “County”) and the Mojave Water Agency, a California Special District and a State Water Contractor (the “MWA”). The County and the MWA are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”;
