This Joinder and Amendment #2 is effective as of the date of the last signature below between WASHOE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”) and CARE SOLACE, INC. (“Care Solace”). The purpose of this Joinder and Amendment #2 is for the District and Care Solace to extend the Joinder and Amendment #1 to Care Solace Inc. Service Agreement executed on or about February 14, 2023, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Joinder and Amendment #1 joined the Care Solace Service Agreement between Care Solace and Churchill County School District (CCSD Service Agreement attached as Exhibit A hereto), dated on or about October 13, 2022.
