This License Agreement (“Agreement” or License”) provides a Limited License to the Corporation of the (hereinafter referred to as LICENSEE) to use the Ontario Version of the Anti-Icing/Road Weather Information System (“ARWIS”) Computer-Based Training Software (the “Software”), owned by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (“AASHTO”), with offices at 444 North Capitol Street N.W., Suite 249, Washington D.C. 20001, under the terms and conditions stated herein.
