This SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT (collectively with any exhibit attached hereto or document referenced herein, this “Agreement”), effective (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Sunder Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and the undersigned individual (“Independent Contractor”). Company and Independent Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”, and each, a “Party”.
