These Standard Provisions shall be applicable to and form an integral part of all Contribution Agreements for the Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response Trust Fund (the “Trust Fund”) between the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank”) acting in its capacity as trustee of the Trust Fund (the “Trustee”) and the respective donors to the Trust Fund (each, a “Contributor”, collectively, “Contributors”).
