These purchase terms and conditions ("Purchase Terms and Conditions") are used by EV Charged B.V. and the EVBox entities within its group of undertakings and together with EVBox's PO and Specifications (and all supplements and attachments thereto issued by EVBox from time to time) shall constitute the entire agreement ("Agreement") between EVBox and Supplier for each purchase and supply of Goods and/or Services ("Goods/Services").
