The services provided to the Customer (“you” or “Customer”) identified in the Order Form are subject to your assent to the terms and conditions contained in the Order Form and the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement entered into between Reclique Solutions, LLC and any of its direct or indirect affiliates, including but not limited to Daxko, LLC (“Company”) and you, together with any other terms and conditions which may be incorporated by reference herein or therein (collectively, the “Agreement”), which together constitute a binding legal agreement between the Customer and Company.
