(hereinafter referred to as “SAG,” “the Union” or “the Guild”), on the one hand, and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers (hereinafter “the Alliance” or “the AMPTP”), on behalf of the Producers listed on Exhibit 1 attached (each hereinafter respectively referred to as “the Producer” and collectively referred to as “the Producers”), on the other hand.
