Pursuant to Town of Ranchester Municipal Code § 11-5-150, as a water user outside of Town limits, I hereby agree to waive all claims and actions for damages against the Town for all defects in the Town’s water works system, or any part thereof. I also agree to concede and grant to the Town the right to shut off the supply of water whenever the Town deems it advisable or necessary so to do. By signing this agreement, I understand that I am bound by the terms and conditions of the ordinances of the Town applying to regulation of water systems, and that I have contracted with the Town with reference to the use of the water as herein provided.
