This First Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made effective as of the latter signature date hereof (the “Effective Date”), between the City of West St. Paul, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“Landlord”) and Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless (“Tenant”). The Landlord and Tenant are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
