THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between City of Minneapolis, a Minnesota municipal corporation, acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, a public body politic and corporate under the laws of Minnesota (“Grantor”), and the Metropolitan Council, a public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (“Grantee”) (each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”). This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of final signature by the Parties.
