This Amendment (the "Amendment") to the Institution Agreement, dated 13 April 2015 (the “Agreement”), for the clinical study (the “Study”) conducted in accordance with the protocol PIX306 “A Randomized Multicenter Study Comparing Pixantrone + Rituximab with Gemcitabine + Rituximab in Patients with Aggressive B-cell Non- Hodgkin Lymphoma Who Have Relapsed after Therapy with CHOP-R or an Equivalent Regimen and are Ineligible for Stem Cell Transplant” and any amendments thereto (the “Protocol”), is made by and between:
