THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made June 1, 2011, by and between the Billings Area Chamber of Commerce/Convention & Visitors Bureau, a Montana nonprofit corporation, with its principal place of business at 815 South 27th Street, Billings, MT 59101 (“Chamber/CVB”), and Montana’s Custer Country, a Montana nonprofit corporation, with its principal place of business at 815 South 27th Street, Billings, MT 59101 (“MCC”) (Chamber/CVB and MCC are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
