Within the period of six months following the date of depositary notification C.N.206.2015.TREATIES-XI.B.16.99 of 8 April 2015, none of the Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 99 expressed disagreement with the proposed amendments. Therefore, in accordance with article 12 (2) of the Agreement, the proposed amendments are considered to be adopted and are binding upon all Contracting Parties applying Regulation No. 99 as of 8 October 2015.
