Early arrangement Combination of a Financial Settlement Offset and Proponent-Driven Offset Between the Administering Agency, the Entity and the Offset Landowner Instructions to the Entity: 1. This agreement is for a combination of a Proponent-Driven Offset and a Financial Settlement Offset for an Early Arrangement.2.
