GSPAYMENTTECH LLC (“GSPAYTECH”) offers merchants card transaction processing and payment gateway services, as well as a host of Additional Services, as more fully described herein and at www.GSPAYTECH.com, as such descriptions may be changed by GSPAYTECH from time to time (the “GSPAYTECH Services”). In order for you and/or your company (“Customer”), to obtain or continue using those certain GSPAYTECH services, Customer must agree to and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which Customer may utilize the GSPAYTECH Services. Customer should read this Agreement carefully.
