This agreement for the establishment of a tennis program (“Agreement’) is made and entered into this 15th day of December, 2009, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Charles Mosley, an individual (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
