This Interlocal Agreement for Security Patrols ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Williamson County, Texas (the "County") and Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 10 (the "District"), to set forth the terms and conditions under which the County will provide additional security patrols by the Williamson County Sheriffs Department (the "Department") of the property within the District.
