Pursuant to this Agreement, (the “Amendment”), BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”) and NA Communications, Inc. (“NACI”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated March 10, 2000 (“Agreement”).
