This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Hadley Public Schools (the “District”) and Hadley Police Department (the “Police Department”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Chief of Police of the Police Department or the board or officer having control of the police department in a city or town (the “Chief”) and the Superintendent of the District (“the Superintendent”) are each a signatory to this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement are specifically required by section 37P of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as amended by Section 79 of chapter 253 of the Acts of 2020.
