The undersigned acknowledges that all persons who operate or ride upon golf carts on streets or roads do so at their own risk and peril and must be observant of and attentive to the safety of themselves and others and, including their passengers, other motorists, bicyclist, and pedestrians. The Village of Lake Park has no liability and the undersigned acknowledges that the Village has no liability under any theory of liability for permitting golf carts to be operated on Village streets or roads under special legislation granted by the State Legislature. The undersigned acknowledges that they must procure liability insurance sufficient to comply with the terms of the Village Ordinance for operating or using a golf cart on the public streets or roads in the Village of Lake Park.
