THIS WASTEWATER DISCHARGE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective the 1st day of September, 2015 (“Effective Date”) end entered into by and among the City of Twin Falls, an Idaho municipal corporation (“City”); the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Twin Falls, an independent public body corporate and politic of the State of Idaho (“URA”); and Chobani Idaho, LLC, formerly known as Chobani Idaho, Inc. and Agro-Farma Idaho, Inc., Idaho corporations (“Chobani”).
