Please note, the enclosed Customer Use Agreement is mandatory for all Shippers, Agents, Operators, Interconnect Operators and/or other third parties who transact on TransCanada systems, using Customer Operational Reporting, the NrG Dovetail application as well as electronic or non-electronic business conducted by fax. A User ID for our systems cannot be issued without receipt of this agreement.
