This Data Processing Addendum (including its Appendices) (“Addendum”) forms part of and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Order Form and Software Subscription Agreement, including all Exhibits and attachments, as applicable (collectively, the “Agreement”) by and between Customer (as defined in the Order Form) and the Talos entity specified therein (“Talos”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
