This Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of the last approving signature ("Effective Date"), renews an original Agreement dated December 18, 2003, and is made and entered into between the American Type Culture Collection, a not-for-profit organization located at 10801 University Boulevard, Manassas, Virginia 20110-2209 (“ATCC”), and the United States of America, United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service (“NPS”).
