This Amendment No. 1 to the Hub Hall Heights Conditional Annexation and Zoning Agreement (“Amendment No. 1”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017, by and between JLI WEST, INC., a Nebraska corporation, successor in interest to Highway 15, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, Hub Hall, an individual, and Charles Gary Gately (collectively “Prior Owner”), hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” and the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City.”
