These VirBELA Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) are agreed to and accepted effective as of the Effective Date (the “Effective Date”) set forth in that certain Customer Order Form (“Customer Order Form”) between eXp World Technologies, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company d/b/a VirBELA, having a mailing address of 2219 Rimland Drive, Suite 301, Bellingham, Washington 98226 (“VirBELA”), and Customer (“Customer”), as identified in the foregoing referenced Customer Order Form. These Terms of Service set forth and govern the legal relationship between VirBELA and Customer regarding Customer’s subscription and use (the “Subscription Services”) of the VirBELA 3D virtual campus client software, technology, applications, documentation, and/or data provided by VirBELA (collectively, the “Software”), and VirBELA’s delivery of Professional Services (defined below), and any other services set forth on the Customer Order Form.
