This Property Exchange Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made this day of June, 2015, by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sparks (“Agency”), an agency created under the Community Redevelopment Law, the City of Sparks (“City”), a municipal corporation, and Wolfhound Holdings, LLC (“Wolfhound”), a Delaware limited liability company (collectively the “Parties” and singularly a “Party”). The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date it is executed by all Parties, (the “Effective Date”).
