This Agreement (“this Agreement”), entered into by and between Indiana Department of Environmental Management (the “State”) and USGS - United States Geological Survey (the “Survey” or “USGS”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Survey is authorized to perform collaborative work and prosecute projects in cooperation with the State pursuant to 43 USC §36c, 43 USC §50 and receive payment in arrears from the State by 43 USC §50b. In consideration of those mutual undertakings and covenants, the parties agree as follows:
