This Agreement for Professional Services (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is made and entered into this [DAY] day of April, 2024, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Crescent City Harbor District, a special district organized pursuant to the California Harbors and Navigation Code (“District”) and (“Consultant”). District and Consultant are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
