Your order, when shipped by us, shall be the complete contract between us, subject to and incorporating therein, the terms and conditions set forth herein, and any provisions contained in your order that are inconsistent with or contrary to our terms and conditions shall be inapplicable and invalid and are hereby expressly rejected by us.
