This Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Securis Insurance Pool, Inc., an Arizona nonprofit corporation established pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-952.01(B) (the “Pool”) and , a special taxing district (fire district) authorized pursuant to title 48, chapter 5 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (the “Member”). The Pool and Member agree as follows:
