This Customer Agreement for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE”) Software Licensing and Software and Hardware Support (“Agreement”) is an Appendix to the State of Texas Department of Information Resources (“DIR”) Contract DIR-TSO-3359 (“CONTRACT”) and applies to any Customer’s purchases of Software Product licenses and/or Support Services from HPE under the Contract.
