This Agreement is the contract, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Digital Banking services offered to you by Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union ("Credit Union"). Our Digital Banking Platform service permits you to electronically initiate account transactions involving your accounts and communicate with the Credit Union. In this Agreement, the words “You”, “Your”, and “Member” mean those who request and use Digital Banking and the other services offered through the platform, any joint owners of accounts accessed under this Agreement or any authorized users of this service. The words “We”, “Our”, “Us”, and “Credit Union” shall mean Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union, its employees, directors, officers, representatives, and agents. The word “Account” or “Accounts” shall mean the individual loan account(s) and/or checking and/or savings share(s) you have with the Credit Union.
